The major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules, which bind peptides for presentation on the cell surface, play an important role in cell-mediated immunity. In light of developing databases and technologies over years, significant progress has been made research peptide binding affinity calculation. Several techniques have developed to predict MHC class I. Most Class I due its nature brings better performance more. Considering use different methods technologies, approach similar proteins, a classification was created according protein peptides. For this classification, studied using MHCflurry, NetMHCPan, NetMHC, NetMHCCons ssmpmbec. these simulations conducted within scope thesis, no overall superiority observed between models. It determined that they are superior each other various points. Getting best results may vary depending multiple uses thing is recognize data act with appropriate model.
